Thank you to everyone who came out to walk with us in the Hockessin 4th of July Parade on Saturday!

I was convinced we’d be walking through Hockessin along empty streets with the intense heat forecasted, but hundreds of people braved the heat and turned out.

The energy of the crowd made it much easier to forget about the temperatures.

I had an incredible time meeting voters along the parade route and I’m looking forward to seeing everyone again on the trail.

Now our campaign shifts focus to the stretch run of the race as we reach the final two months of the campaign cycle before the September 15th Democratic Primary.

We’ll be canvassing every weekend as we try to reach each and every Democrat in the Third District. You can join us by signing up here.

If we’re going to win in September, and in November, we’ll need all the help we can get to reach voters.

Running for office is a marathon, but it’s time to sprint to the finish. I’m thankful for everyone who has supported the campaign and cheered us on along the way.
